The Johannesburg City Parks and Zoo has officially issued a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on 25 March 2026 for professional landscaping and multidisciplinary design services tied to the Alexandra Far East Bank Park development.

The tender, referenced as JCPZ/RFQ/CID22/2025, invites qualified firms to participate in the transformation of a key urban green corridor in Johannesburg, positioning the project as a targeted opportunity for built environment professionals and infrastructure service providers.

Scope: Full Park Redevelopment With Smart City Integration

The RFQ outlines a comprehensive redevelopment of the Far East Bank Park in Alexandra, including:
